Base pay range
AED800,000.00/yr - AED900,000.00/yr
We are seeking an experienced Plastic Surgeon to join our esteemed team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures, catering to both cosmetic and medical needs. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for your patients through expert surgical skills and compassionate care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and technologically advanced environment while further developing your expertise in the field.
Requirements
* Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
* Board certification in Plastic Surgery
* A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in plastic surgery, with a strong emphasis on both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures
* Proficiency in performing various surgical techniques, including but not limited to aesthetic surgeries and reconstructive procedures
* Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to assess and recommend appropriate treatment options for patients
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and provide clear explanations of procedures and outcomes
* A compassionate approach to patient care, with a focus on understanding patients' needs and expectations
* Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a positive work environment
* Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in plastic surgery
* Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
