Where will you be working? At M Group Water we help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will join BGEN - one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the water, power & energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear and food and beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions. What will you be doing? You will be following BGEN’s health and safety processes on client sites, while respecting specific client requirements and helping resolve any conflicts. You will be supporting Project Managers with contractual obligations, preparing RAMS, lift plans, and documentation with care. You will bring teams together in monthly forums, tracking site activity, and ensuring training and competencies are always up to date. You will be keeping records accurate, briefing teams clearly, and reviewing performance after each project. You will be creating a culture of safety, collaboration, and learning that protects people and builds lasting client trust. What you'll bring: Strong knowledge of electrical installations, control systems, and safety regulations Organised, adaptable, and confident in resolving challenges with colleagues and clients UK driving licence and SMSTS (mandatory), NEBOSH preferred Open to training, reviews, and active participation in courses Accurate record keeping and clear communication across teams Ideally 5 years’ hands on engineering or industrial site experience Skills in instrumentation, panel wiring, networks, control systems, or telemetry advantageous What in it for you?
