Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for someone with experience developing strategic relationships within existing clients. We require the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and end users. We are seeking someone who can understand client business needs and identify opportunities to maximise new business and retain existing revenue. We prefer candidates with knowledge of WLR, SIP, NGN, and associated tariffing. We value experience across data connectivity, including DSL, FTTC, EoFTTC, EFM, leased line, P2P, MPLS, and SD-WAN. We are interested in candidates with exposure to UCaaS and PBX solutions. We prefer experience in CCaaS and contact centre technologies. We value knowledge of hosted managed services, private cloud, and public cloud. We prefer experience with IT services such as Microsoft 365, security, backup, DR, and DRaaS.
