The Role
As a Classroom Supervisor, you will:
* Lead lessons in the absence of the class teacher using pre-set work
* Ensure students stay focused, engaged, and on task
* Manage behaviour using clear and consistent school systems
* Support students with their learning where needed
* Work across a range of subjects and year groups
* Maintain a calm and structured classroom environment
You’ll be the key adult in the room, keeping learning moving and expectations high.
