The Opportunity: As a HSE Advisor, you'll play a key role in: Providing day-to-day Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) advice and guidance across factory and site operations, championing behavioural safety and legal compliance Leading site and factory audits and inspections, issuing reports with clear actions and driving improvements Supporting incident investigations and root cause analysis, ensuring RIDDOR compliance and promoting a learning culture Reviewing risk assessments, lift plans and permits to ensure suitability and safety across manufacturing and construction environments Contributing to integrated management system improvements (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001) and participating in sustainability and compliance reporting Your work will directly contribute to creating a positive safety culture, ensuring environmental responsibility and enabling safe delivery of high-quality building solutions.
