What You’ll Be Doing
* Creating on-brand, engaging prints and graphics across short and long lead times.
* Researching and analysing emerging trends, catwalks, and the high street to inspire new ranges.
* Working directly with overseas suppliers and collaborating closely with our Design and Buying teams.
* Delivering results on tight turnarounds while forward-planning for future seasons.
* Bringing strong commercial awareness and an in-depth understanding of the PLT customer.
* Occasionally travelling overseas as part of the role.
About You
* A fashion-related degree.
* Previous experience in a similar Print/Graphic Designer role.
* A trend-led, commercially aware mindset with a flair for creativity.
* Excellent CAD and design software skills (Photoshop, Adobe, Illustrator).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships.
* A positive, energetic attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
