Your new role
As a Temporary Personal Assistant, you will be instrumental in the smooth operation of the office, providing direct support to the Managing Director. Your duties will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing documents. You will also be responsible for ensuring efficient communication across departments and with external stakeholders.
What you’ll need to succeed
1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role
2. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
3. Strong proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software
4. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
5. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
