The role sits across the Tyrone region and will see you work across multiple sites as the Senior Project Manager providing operational, strategic and contractual direction to multiple teams.

About you:
1. Handful of years within a Civil Construction Project Manger role
2. 1+ years' experience working with Irish/UK H&S/building regulations and compliance
3. Supervise, co-ordinate and monitor staff and sub-contractor performances.
4. Successfully deliver projects in line with agreed deadlines and to the highest standard.
5. Monitor their own progress and the progress of others in accordance with the agreed project schedule, progress reporting against Safety, Quality, Schedule.
6. Ensure clear understanding and compliance with drawings, specifications building regulations and good building practice whilst working closely with the Project Manager to highlight any issues.
