Job Description
Our 12-month Year Placement Programme provides a learning environment to help you become a well-rounded consultant and launch your career. From day one, you’ll build internal networks and deepen your industry understanding. You’ll receive a structured development plan, with a dedicated Development Manager guiding you along the way. You’ll benefit from a blend of technical and behavioural training delivered by peers and experienced professionals to prepare you for success at Turner & Townsend. You’ll gain experience across a variety of roles and sectors, including infrastructure, government, health, education, energy, commercial development, data centres, life sciences, and defence. In Project Management or Project Controls, you’ll thrive in complex environments and help deliver world-class programmes.
As part of this programme, you’ll gain experience across a range of roles, with exposure to:
* Managing project delivery and client commitments
* Developing project documentation and schedules
* Supporting procurement, risk, change, and governance processes
* Working across different stages of the project lifecycle, from business case to delivery

Other Requirements
In some regional roles, driving may be necessary due to client office locations. For roles in Defence, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks and UKSV SC clearance are required after offer acceptance. SOX control responsibilities may apply where relevant.
