Overview
An highly organised individual is required to manage this busy reception. You will also be required to carry out clerical and secretarial duties for clinicians within a variety of services.

Responsibilities
* Manage a busy reception and perform clerical and secretarial duties for clinicians within a variety of services.
Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good all-round knowledge and experience of office practices.
* Good typing skills with proficiency in audio typing.
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Desirable Experience
* Previous NHS or Health & Social Care Partnership experience would be advantageous.
* Knowledge of NaSH or Trakcare would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be given.
