You will need your own transport due to location of the hotel

Must have 4 star hotel experience at Food and Beverage /Operations manager level

We are working with a busy and very popular Hotel in the East Midlands area that is seeking a new Operations manager .
The Operations manager will be running the busy food and beverage and Conference and banqueting departments, this role will be very much ensuring all day to day services/events run smoothly. Your role will also see you heavily involved in event planning /coordination also.
The Operations Manager will have experience managing a busy F and B / C and B departments in a ideally medium sized hotel
You will be joining a hotel with a very stable team and therefore it is essential you have show longevity in your career.
This Operation manager role is a full time, permanent role.
