* Monday : Friday (plenty of overtime available)
* GBP31,500 + van + Fuel Card
* Mobile contract covering commercial sites in Bexley, Bromley area
Responsibilities
* Tiling
* Carpentry : Door hanging
* Assembling furniture
* Plumbing
* Drainage and flushing
* Fire alarm/door testing
* Grouting and Plastering
* Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
Requirements
* Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial/residential setting
* Trades qualifications : C and G / NVQ
* Full drivers license
