About the Role:
As the Digital Salesforce Platform Manager, you will lead a team of specialists to maintain and enhance the platform's capabilities, align its roadmap with organizational goals, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and execute the platform’s strategic roadmap, aligning with broader organizational objectives.
* Ensure platform operations meet the highest standards of performance, security, and compliance.
* Lead and develop a team of Salesforce professionals, fostering innovation and professional growth.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate platform capabilities seamlessly into broader digital strategies.

What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience managing Salesforce or other cloud-based platforms in a leadership capacity.

* Strong skills in resource management, budget oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
