Job Description
3. Process and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance.
4. Maintain up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions.
5. Resolve invoice discrepancies and liaise with suppliers as required.
6. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
7. Assist in month-end and year-end financial processes.
8. Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments are made.
9. Reconcile statements and keep financial records organised.
10. Support the Accounting & Finance team with other related tasks.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable should have:
11. Experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
12. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
13. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
14. Good organisational and time management skills.
15. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and vendors.
16. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
