About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with the SENCo, class teachers, and wider support team to provide tailored support for pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language Difficulties, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Your role will involve: * Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils within the SEN Hub. * Assisting with the delivery of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies. * Promoting engagement, independence, and emotional wellbeing in every learner. * Using a variety of communication and sensory approaches to enhance learning experiences. * Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and parents/carers to achieve consistent, positive outcomes. * Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
