Your new companyWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Flagger / Fencer with a joinery background to join a busy team delivering works across social housing and domestic properties.This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who is confident in external works while also capable of completing fencing and basic joinery tasks to a high standard.
Your new role
* Carry out high-quality flagging, slabbing, and paving works
* Install, repair, and replace timber fencing and gates
* Complete basic joinery tasks including:
o Gate construction and repairs
o Timber structures and minor carpentry works
* Undertake general external maintenance works within social housing properties
* Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Provide a professional service when working in occupied properties
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as a Flagger / Groundworker / Fencer
* Strong joinery background (essential)
* Experience within social housing or domestic maintenance
