Role Overview An established regional law firm is seeking a Credit Hire Litigator to join their Bolton team on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role involves managing a caseload of litigated fast‑track and multi‑track Credit Hire claims, handling liability‑disputed cases, and progressing matters through to trial. Hybrid working is offered.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
* 2+ years experience in Credit Hire litigation (or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience managing a full caseload of litigated RTA / Credit Hire claims
* Strong knowledge of Credit Hire case law, MOJ protocols, Pre‑Action Protocol, and CPR
* Experience handling liability disputed cases and court proceedings
* Strong understanding of personal injury claims process and costs
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Confident using case management systems (Proclaim experience desirable)
