We’re hiring a Logistics Coordinator (Freelance) to help with the operational execution of this year’s high-profile Oxford Generative AI Summit, scheduled for October 16-17, 2025 at Jesus College’s state-of-the-art Cheng Kar Shun Digital Hub. If you’re exceptionally organised, thrive at coordinating with high-level stakeholders, and leading volunteers to deliver an exceptional conference, we would love you to apply!

Effectively manage email communications, including fielding queries, scheduling meetings, providing event updates, and distributing detailed participation guide
Attend planning meetings and provide regular status updates to the Director
Volunteer Training & Management
Develop and deliver a comprehensive training schedule and pre-event walkthroughs
Provide on-site supervision and coordination to ensure smooth execution and swift issue resolution
Work with high-profile and leading figures in the field of AI
Contribute to a landmark event that will influence the future of AI and society
Build your professional network across enterprise, startups, government, academia, and media
