We’re currently looking for a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our branch team.
What you’ll be doing:
* Goods In: Receiving deliveries accurately, safely unloading products, and checking for discrepancies.
* Order Picking & Packing: Accurately picking and packing customer orders using internal systems and equipment.
* Dispatch: Loading vehicles securely and preparing delivery documentation.
* Stock Control: Supporting inventory checks and helping keep stock records accurate and up to date.
* Safety & Standards: Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment while adhering to health and safety policies.
* Teamwork: Working collaboratively with branch colleagues to resolve issues and keep things running smoothly.
What You’ll Bring
* Forklift Truck (FLT) licence Essential
* Counterbalance / Reach Truck - Preferred
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure
* Physical capability to lift and move heavy items
* Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* A proactive, safety-first approach and a team-player attitude
