Facilities Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities
* Carry out internal and external building fabric maintenance
* Conduct audits and repairs of restrooms, kitchens, and office spaces
* Plan and prioritise day-to-day repair tasks
* Diagnose recurring issues and recommend improvements
* Maintain external site areas and grounds to a high standard
* Collaborate with production, health & safety, and engineering teams
* Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
Previous Facilities Experience
* Hands-on experience in general repairs and maintenance
* Basic plumbing, cladding, and carpentry skills
* Painting and decorating experience
* Floor, wall, and road repair knowledge
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities
* Domestic electrical experience is a plus
* A practical mindset and attention to detail
