Training Consultant
Location: Hybrid / Remote (Ideally based south of the Midlands)
This role is looking for someone on a part time basis (3 to 4 days per week) although full time will still be considered.

About the Role
You’ll play a key part in transforming our clients’ effectiveness through the design and delivery of Omni’s training services. This includes developing impactful eLearning programmes, facilitating engaging workshops (both virtually and face‑to‑face), and supporting internal training across Omni.

Working as part of a small specialist team, you’ll use your creativity, facilitation expertise and commercial awareness to deliver market‑leading training that helps our clients and Omni thrive.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing, developing and delivering Omni’s internal and external training, including bespoke eLearning content.
* Facilitating training sessions, workshops, coaching and webinars to high‑quality standards.
* Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and design tailored solutions.
* Supporting the delivery of blended learning across workshops, webinars and eLearning.
* Coaching hiring managers and delivering interview and agency training.
* Identifying new training opportunities and advising on emerging market trends.
* Following up on training leads generated through marketing, referrals, events and our website.
* Contributing to business development, including attending client meetings and supporting proposal creation.
* Continuously developing your own skills to maximise your potential and impact.

* Achieving positive feedback from training delegates and consultancy clients.
What You’ll Bring
Essential
* Experience in training and development.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and platforms.
* Previous recruitment experience or experience working within a recruitment business.
* A commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
Desirable
* Experience or understanding of eLearning development (e.g. Articulate, TalentLMS).
