What do our Client Delivery Executives do?

Our Client Delivery Executives are the operational backbone of our client services team. They support the smooth running of digital marketing retainers and campaigns by coordinating internal teams, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality delivery. While not the primary client contact, they play a vital role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our work, helping us care for our clients through excellent organisation and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities for the Client Delivery Executive:

* Supporting the project management of client campaigns, ensuring tasks are tracked and deadlines are met.
* Coordinating internal teams to ensure timely delivery of work to specification.
* Maintaining high standards of quality control, including testing and reviewing deliverables.
* Keeping internal stakeholders, both in the Client Success and other internal teams, informed of project progress and flagging any issues early.
* Assisting with budget tracking and scope management under guidance from senior team members.
* Helping prepare client documentation such as proposals, quotes, and reports.
* Scheduling internal meetings and supporting project kick-offs and check-ins.
* Assigning tasks using agency project management tools and following up on progress.
* Ensuring deliverables are accurate and complete before submission.
* Supporting the final delivery of projects and internal wrap-ups.

Key Skills and Experience for the Client Delivery Executive:

* Experience in a digital agency or marketing environment
* A keen interest in digital marketing and a desire to grow within the industry.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines.
