Social Activity Coordinator

Role Overview:
You will assist in planning, creating, and delivering a welcoming, home-based Lifestyle Programme that encourages participation in a variety of activities. This programme is part of our group-wide initiative, focusing on meeting residents' interests and needs creatively and adaptively, considering varying levels of physical and mental ability.
About You:
We provide full training, so we welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Key qualities include being organized, having excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work shifts. We support your career development, with potential progression to roles such as Nurse Associate. Shifts are scheduled on a rota basis across a 7-day period, including weekends.
Knowledge / Experience:
1. An understanding of the role social interaction plays in wellbeing.
2. Ability to assist in delivering group and individual lifestyle sessions.
3. Ability to develop community links and coordinate successful events.
4. Flexibility to cover various responsibilities at short notice.
5. Willingness to implement new ideas and concepts.
6. Potential to develop through relevant training and qualifications in Lifestyle / Activities.
