We are currently looking to recruit a Planning & Data Administrator to provide support to ourbusy Operations department with regards to project planning and the management of data andnominated company databases, based at our HQ, Altens, Aberdeen.
Candidates main duties would include:
Main Tasks include:
* Provide planning and data management support to the Operations Project Team.
* Create, monitor and maintain project inspection plans and any defined databases with respectto plan attainment and compliance throughout the Inspection & Integrity Managementprocess.
* Review field timesheets for valid and correct information and input timesheets into thenominated timewriting application, ensuring time is assigned to the correct taskcards.
* Ensure workscope compliance dates are met and continuously monitor and report onproductivity and progress of planned inspections against the inspection plan in keeping withassigned KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
* Organise and attend project/ planning meetings and assist with the preparation of data formonthly/ quarterly reporting.
Applicants to this role should require:
* Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong planning and organising skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy, operational environment
