This role requires hands‑on BAU support capability within enterprise reporting platforms.
Applicants without recent involvement supporting Oracle reporting technologies and Power BI in a live production environment will not be considered.
This is not a BI developer, data analyst, or project‑only role.
The Role
RX is seeking an Operations Reporting Service Analyst to support the operational stability, governance, and reliability of enterprise reporting and BI platforms. This is a service‑operations‑focused position, working across business users, data teams, vendors, and technical support functions.
You will play a central role in ensuring reporting platforms remain available, performant, and well governed in a fast‑paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own BAU support for enterprise reporting platforms and integrations
Maintain availability, performance, and operational stability
Coordinate incident resolution across internal teams and external vendors
Run incident, problem, and change processes aligned to ITIL
Participate in Major Incident Management, RCA, CAB, and release planning
Monitor data refresh cycles, batch jobs, and reporting availability
Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and escalation documentation
Act as a liaison between business users and technical support teams
Support audit, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities
Platforms in Scope
Oracle OBIEE
Hyperion (EPM, FDMEE, DRM)
Microsoft Power BI
Enterprise Data Warehouse & ETL processes (ODI)
Mandatory Background – Applications Without This Will Not Be Progressed
You must bring:
A 3–6 year track record in Application Support, Service Operations, or Reporting Platform Support
Direct BAU involvement with at least TWO of the following platforms:
Oracle OBIEE
Hyperion (EPM / FDMEE / DRM)
Microsoft Power BI
Proven capability working within an ITIL‑driven support organisation
Exposure to enterprise‑scale reporting or BI platforms
Strong stakeholder communication capability across business users, vendors, and technical teamsApplicants who do not meet the above criteria should not apply.
Advantageous (Not Essential)
Oracle Database and Oracle Applications exposure
OCI, Oracle EBS, SOA, IDCS, Apigee
Source systems such as Eloqua or Salesforce
ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
