The Roseate Edinburgh is an intimate 5-star luxury Edinburgh hotel
offering 35 exquisitely appointed rooms and suites, ideally located between
Haymarket and Murrayfield Stadium. We are now looking for a Food & Beverage
Supervisor to join our growing and vibrant F&B team. Our ideal candidate is
a responsible individual, with an energetic focus on the guest experience and a
positive approach to hospitality.
The role:
You’ll be responsible for delivering the highest standard of food and
drink to all our guests, serving in a friendly and professional manner. You
will share in the responsibility of ensuring the business is always well
presented and always be focused on a great customer experience. You will have
the opportunity to work across our F&B areas and services from serving and
waiting in our Dunstane Restaurant & Bar, outside terrace, mixing
cocktails, whisky and gin tastings and helping with events. The position is
also to be part of our wider Front of House team which can mean supporting
reception and with processes such as check-in and check-out.
