As the team expands, they are looking to hire a talented Executive Search Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of multiple executive search assignments, working closely with senior consultants and directors.
* Maintain and update the CRM with accurate candidate, client and assignment information.
* Manage timelines and milestones across several concurrent projects, ensuring stakeholders stay aligned and informed.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews, briefing calls, assessments and candidate engagement activities across each search.
* Support with client invoicing, purchase orders and administrative compliance requirements.
* Provide high-quality diary management and administrative support to senior team members, including travel arrangements.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong administration and coordination experience, ideally within recruitment, professional services or a project-based environment.
* Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, manage changing deadlines and operate calmly under pressure.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship-building.
* Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently while contributing positively to a team culture.
