Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating property sales and lettings, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients. Duties
* Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
* Conduct viewings of properties, providing detailed information to potential buyers and tenants.
* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the terms.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings using our administrative systems.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop marketing strategies for properties on the market.
* Stay updated on local market trends and property legislation to provide informed advice to clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Previous administrative experience is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interaction.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
