You'll deliver engaging activities, work with groups of pupils, and step in to lead full classes when needed. This is a great opportunity for someone with a degree or Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification who is confident managing the classroom and passionate about helping children reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities Deliver pre-planned lessons and interventions under teacher guidance. Lead classes and small group sessions independently when required. Support teachers with planning, preparation, and assessment. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback. Candidate Requirements ✔ Degree or Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification (essential). ✔ Strong understanding of the primary curriculum. ✔ Excellent communication and organisation skills. ✔ Confidence leading lessons and supporting pupil development. ✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
