Just finished your degree and wondering what’s next?
If you’ve studied Psychology or Education, this is where things get real, in the best way.
We’re working with welcoming schools in Bristol who are looking for graduates who want to make a genuine difference. You’ll be supporting pupils who need a little extra help, whether that’s with learning, confidence, or navigating the school day.

What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
* Helping children stay engaged and on track in lessons
* Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
* Encouraging positive behaviour and building confidence
* Creating a calm, supportive environment where pupils can thrive

What the school offers:
* On-the-job training and development opportunities
* A chance to build meaningful relationships with pupils
* Experience that genuinely strengthens your future career path
What we’re looking for:
