Overview
Land & Planning Graduate - 2 year programme with SP Energy Networks (ScottishPower).
Responsibilities
* Liaise with internal teams, external consultants, local authorities, and landowners
* Help coordinate meetings and prepare reports, presentations, and land acquisition packages
* Negotiate land agreements for infrastructure projects
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
* Work across urban and rural environments
Qualifications
* A 2:2 or above in Land Management, Real Estate, Rural Business or similar
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* A driving licence (essential for site visits)
* Interest in sustainability and community engagement
