The postholder will be responsible for assisting with the management of a large client portfolio, ensuring their insurance needs are met. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests. Understand clients' insurance needs and provide tailored advice and solutions. Assist clients with policy enquiries, changes, and renewals. Ensure accuracy in policy documentation, endorsements, and certificates of insurance. Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate and secure the best coverage terms for clients.
