We’re recruiting a confident, organised and people‑focused professional to provide 12 weeks of Scheme Manager cover across three supported housing schemes for older adults in Sheffield.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone experienced in housing or scheme‑based support who can step in and keep things running smoothly.
Your new role
You’ll work across three schemes, with a set weekly pattern:
1. 3 days in one scheme
2. 1 day at a second scheme
3. 1 day at a third scheme
All schemes are easily accessible by public transport, and you’ll be stationary on one site per day — no mid‑day travel required.Your responsibilities will include:
4. Day‑to‑day scheme oversight and lone working
5. Weing residents and supporting their wellbeing
6. Carrying out checks, risk assessments and safeguarding escalations
7. Managing tenancy‑related queries, rent/service charge conversations and basic admin
What you'll need to succeed
8. Experience in housing, supported housing, or older persons’ services
9. Confidence working independently and managing a building on your own
10. Strongmunication skills
11. Enhanced DBS with Adult Barred List
