we are seeking a Production Planner to join the Glasgow team to play a key role in supporting production efficiency, inventory management and supply chain performance.
The Role
* Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and operational requirements.
* Work closely with Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure material availability.
* Monitor inventory levels and support stock optimisation activities.
* Coordinate production priorities and communicate schedule changes across the business.
* Analyse production performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and delivery performance.
* Maintain accurate planning data within ERP/MRP systems.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning and manufacturing operations.
* Assist with capacity planning and forecasting activities.
About You
We're open to speaking with candidates from a variety of manufacturing backgrounds who have strong planning, organisational and communication skills.
* Previous experience within a manufacturing, FMCG, packaging, engineering or production environment.
* Strong planning and analytical skills..
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
