Job Title: Junior Project Manager Location: Crewe / Hybrid - 1-2 days per week on site required. Start Date: ASAP (providing completion of compliance checks) End Date: 31/01/2026 - Likely to extend Pay Rate: Circa* £275 per day via LTD company (PAYE option also available) About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Junior Project Manager to ensure the delivery of 2 key automotive projects from initiation through to completion with Bentley Motors! Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Ensure project scope, goals, and deliverables align with business objectives. Manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards across all phases. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions where needed. Communicate project updates and performance to stakeholders - Supporting with documentation for presentations. Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery. Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and regulatory standards. Required Skills & Experience: Project management experience including strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, Waterfall). Proficient in project management tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities. Confident user of Microsoft packages, in particular PowerPoint. Desirable: Prior automotive experience would be advantageous but not essential.
