CUSTOMER SERVICES - IT’S A PEOPLE THING

It’s not about what you know. It’s who you are. As a Hire Controller, you’ll be responsible for looking after our customers, building relationships, understanding their needs, and helping them do it better.
In this role, you'll deliver a best-in-class service, using your product knowledge to maximise upselling opportunities. Your day-to-day involves communicating with customers via phone, email, and website requests. You’ll manage orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback, taking ownership of the customer journey and fostering relationships with regular clients. The role requires quick thinking and initiative to ensure we provide the best customer experience and continuously improve our service.
