About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Support the execution and evolution of the products’ global sustainability and ESG strategy
* Deliver sustainability initiatives aligned to 'Better Sourcing'
* Drive progress towards 100% renewable, recyclable or compostable packaging by 2030
Sustainable Sourcing & Partnerships
* Work closely with sourcing teams to define and implement a sustainable sourcing roadmap
* Manage relationships with key external partners across all global territories
Compliance, Reporting & Governance
* Support Rainforest Alliance certification, audits, and seal usage compliance
* Monitor and respond to evolving sustainability legislation across international markets
* Collate, analyse and manage sustainability data for reports, dashboards and KPIs
Engagement & Communication
* Raise internal and external awareness of sustainability initiatives in partnership with global and regional communications teams
* Support volunteering and fundraising initiatives aligned to the values and brand purpose
* Act as a sustainability subject matter expert across the business
Innovation, Learning & Capability Building
* Track consumer trends and competitor activity in sustainability
* Develop and deliver sustainability training and learning assets
* Support internal teams with sustainability insights, tools, and data requirements
What We’re Looking For
* A genuine passion for sustainability and driving positive, tangible change
* Relevant degree and/or professional experience in sustainability or ESG
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to work across cultures, regions, and functions
* Experience or strong interest in the consumer goods/FMCG sector
* Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
* A continuous learner with the desire to grow and help others grow
