Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus.
* Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
* Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to customers.
* Participate in inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.
* Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests or serving meals.
Skills
* Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen setting.
* Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation methods.
* Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in a restaurant environment.
