The school: Cambian Chesham House School is an independent, DfE-registered, co-educational day school, providing specialist education for up to 20 students, aged 10-18 years. As the school cook you will be required to manage the smooth running of the kitchen on a daily basis, ensuring lunches and dinners are produced to a high standard for students, some of which are on restrictive diets, staff and visitors. Managing the kitchen team, budget, stock control, menu planning, promoting health, safety and hygiene and attending and supporting training are all requisites of the post. Cleaner- This job involves cleaning various parts of the property in order to maintain a clean, hygienic, safe and pleasant environment in which people can live and work. As a Cleaner you will be responsible for helping to provide and maintain a safe, clean, positive environment for our students. You will be working as part of a team to ensure that the offices and communal areas are all cleaned to a high standard following the health and safety policies and requirements.
