Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and articulate Bid Writer to take ownership of our end-to-end bid process. This is a pivotal role in a small, collaborative team, where you'll work closely with the Marketing and Sales Director, Sales Leadership and C-suite to craft compelling proposals and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the end-to-end bid writing process, from opportunity tracking to submission.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather technical and delivery input.
3. Write clear, persuasive, and tailored responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders.
4. Maintain and evolve the Bid Library and support the development of reusable content.
