Planned Works Assistant Site Manager - Kitchens & Bathrooms – Bolton
We are looking for an experienced Assistant / Site Manager with a strong background in planned works, particularly kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes. A proactive and organized professional is needed to lead the delivery of high-quality upgrades across residential properties.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day management of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects.
* Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth site operations.
* Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
* Liaise with residents, clients, and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
* Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and project documentation.
Requirements
* Proven experience managing planned works programmes, especially kitchens and bathrooms.
* Strong knowledge of building regulations, H&S legislation, and site management best practices.
* SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
* First Aid at Work qualification (preferred).
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively.
