The FA is seeking a Corporate & Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager to implement and oversee the FA's CSR Action Plan, fostering connections, support, and inspiration within local communities around Wembley Stadium.
Responsibilities
1. Deliver the FA's CSR action plan, including King's Trust employability programmes, educational initiatives in the FA Learning Zone, and partnerships with organizations like the Felix Project and Alzheimer's Society.
2. Collaborate with community organizations to develop new programmes supporting the FA's CSR objectives.
3. Lead the staff volunteering programme, organizing opportunities at local distribution centers and other community events.
4. Develop and update the annual Action Plan for the 2026/27 season.
5. Engage with community stakeholders, including Wembley Stadium Foundation and Brent Council, and represent the FA at community forums and events.
6. Manage the Wembley Community Club, including communication, ticket distribution, and event organization.
7. Coordinate community engagement events such as pitch days and stadium tours.
8. Ensure effective communication of CSR activities to stakeholders and the local community, working with the Communications team.
9. Support community programmes at St. George's Park, providing necessary interaction and support.
10. Perform additional tasks as needed to meet organizational priorities.
11. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and well-being policies, including DBS checks as required.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in delivering CSR or community engagement programmes with a strong community engagement background.
* Proven event delivery and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and flexibility in working hours.
* Attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience working with residents' associations and communication teams.
* Basic knowledge of health and safety and project management skills.
