The Role
The apprentice role is designed to provide hands-on experience and training in various aspects of the business. The apprentice will support different departments, learn new skills, and contribute to ongoing projects. This role aims to develop the apprentice's professional abilities and prepare them for future career opportunities within the company.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Assist in daily operations and support various departments as needed.
* Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop relevant skills.
* Contribute to ongoing projects and collaborate with team members.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of work completed.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and quality standards.
* Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Who are we looking for?
* Someone with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
* A person with good communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work well in a team and independently.
* Have a basic understanding of the industry and company operations.
* A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
* Minimum of four National 5 Grades, which must include English level C or above
* Someone who shows a strong potential to be a good team member and work hard to learn the role.
