LSH Auto is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers aftersales needs, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory service experience. You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, scheduling service appointments, and liaising with our service and parts departments to provide efficient support. Working hours are 45 per week. Salary is competitive at £30,387 plus OTE bonus. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally related to aftersales services. Coordinate and manage service bookings and follow-ups. Work closely with service and parts teams to ensure timely service delivery. Provide regular updates to customers on their vehicle service status. Promote aftersales products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. Contribute to achieving aftersales targets and departmental goals. Requirements Requirements: Previous experience in an aftersales or customer service role, preferably in automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer-centric approach with passion for service excellence. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Valid driver’s licence is essential.
