Position Summary
The Director of Client Services is responsible for leading and coordinating client service efforts within the University of Nebraska, ensuring seamless delivery of technology solutions and support to faculty, staff, and students. This role involves collaboration with other directors across Information Technology departments. The position emphasizes outstanding collaboration, communication, integrity, and a passion for higher learning.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or related field
* At least 5 years of experience in information technology customer service
* Knowledge of information technology in education, research, and support
* Ability to manage multiple projects and develop teams
* Experience working with customers to develop solutions to business problems
Preferred Qualifications
* 7 years of experience, including supervision
* Experience in higher education environment
* Equivalent education and experience considered
