Job Description
To scope, develop and maintain management information reporting for the operation. To seek innovative ways to improve and automate existing reporting procedures & also create tools to improve operational efficiency. Analyse reporting to help identify performance trends and provide valuable insight.
1. Producing MI and insightful analysis on their performance against expectations
2. Capture scope of new business initiatives to assist with seamless integration, ensuring that new systems / tools meet data collection & output requirements
3. Identifying, building and maintaining key internal and external stakeholder relationships to deliver strategy performance insight
Qualifications
4. Advanced level of Excel and SQL
5. Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with key stakeholders
6. Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
7. Organised and able to manage own workload to meet deadlines
8. Is analytical, pragmatic and systematic in approach
9. Ability to produce and interpret data and information
10. Self-motivated with the ability to work individually and as part of a wider team
11. High attention to detail
12. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
13. Excellent numeracy and computer literacy
