Job Opportunity: Management of Aggression
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join NHS Lothian’s Management of Aggression Team. The main purpose of this role is to develop and deliver education and training on managing aggression, tailored to identified needs and aligned with organisational development goals. Responsibilities include providing classroom and specialist training in managing violence and aggression, coordinating procedures, risk assessments, and addressing legal and ethical considerations.
