Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership to a growing team of Financial Advisers
• Define and execute adviser performance strategy aligned to business objectives
• Lead recruitment initiatives to attract top-tier advisory talent
• Establish best-in-class coaching, development, and performance frameworks
• Drive revenue growth through improved adviser productivity and business development
• Contribute at Board level to long-term business planning and expansion strategy
• Represent the business within the wider financial services community
Candidate Profile
• Experienced leader within wealth management or private client financial planning
• Proven track record managing Adviser teams in a regulated environment
• Previous experience as a Financial Adviser
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire high performance
• Commercially driven with a clear understanding of growth metrics
• Level 4 Diploma qualified (preferred)
