Are you an experienced and dynamic leader with a passion for customer service and the mobile phone industry? We are looking for a Full-Time Floor Manager to join our vibrant team at a leading phone repair shop
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth workflow.
* Supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure repairs are carried out efficiently and to a high standard.
* Maintain an organized, clean, and customer-friendly store environment.
* Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism, delivering effective resolutions.
* Manage inventory and order parts as needed, ensuring the shop is always fully stocked.
* Train and develop staff, ensuring they follow best practices for repair procedures and customer interactions.
* Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
* Ensure all repairs meet quality control standards before they are handed back to customers.
Essential Qualifications:
* Previous experience working with mobile phones, preferably with a background in phone retail or repair (such as at EE, Vodafone, or a similar telecom company).
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage a busy environment effectively.
* Knowledge of mobile phone technology and repair processes is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
