You will play a key role in shaping, designing, and implementing Oracle Finance Transformation programmes—helping organisations modernise their finance operations through innovative cloud‑based solutions. Working within a team of high‑performing functional consultants, you will drive value for clients across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities of the Oracle Functional Consultant
* Deliver large‑scale Oracle Finance Transformation initiatives
* Design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud financial solutions
* Facilitate and lead requirements gathering workshops
* Build trusted client relationships and provide expert guidance
* Support full lifecycle delivery: design → configuration → testing → deployment
* Contribute to internal capability building and practice development
Essential Skills & Experience of the Oracle Functional Consultant
* Hands‑on experience in Oracle Finance Transformation projects
* Strong functional expertise across Oracle Cloud Applications
* Background in full implementation lifecycle: requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable Skills of the Oracle Functional Consultant
* Oracle certifications
* Consulting experience
* Exposure to major digital or finance transformation programmes
